Brian J. Smith graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York Institute of Technology at Utica in 1994, and received his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1999. Prior to joining Ferrara, Fiorenza Law Firm, Mr. Smith worked for firms specializing in Education, Labor and Employment Law matters, and Contracts Law representing public and private sector employers in construction related civil litigation and administrative proceedings. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Onondaga County Bar Association. Mr. Smith’s practice consists of representing public and private sector clients in corporate, contract, employment, municipal and education law matters, and any related civil litigation or administrative proceedings.
