Dispute Resolution

The Firm assists school districts in resolving disputes with contractors, designers, and/or construction managers.   We try to resolve these matters quickly and without formal dispute resolution, if possible, to proceed with a successful project.  In the event informal dispute resolution is not successful, we will prosecute or defend litigation.
