Constitutional Law Matters


Our attorneys routinely provide counsel and representation to School Districts and BOCES regarding Constitutional questions involving the separation of Church and State, school prayer, use of facilities, libraries and textbooks, and other First Amendment questions, including students' Constitutional Rights. Our firm is one of a select few in upstate New York which has represented a school district client before the United States Supreme Court on such matters. (See Good News Club v.
