Many years of contract negotiation experience, acquired in divergent economic and industrial settings, have made our practice a reliable resource to clients in crafting and negotiating a union contract that works for business. Starting with the identification of core management objectives, and working through the detailed preparation and bargaining table presentation techniques required, our Firm has negotiated contracts that work for our business clients and serve as the basis for effective union personnel administration.

As noted above, we also offer all follow-up services attendant to labor contract administration. We represent our clients in resolving legal conflicts before the National Labor Relations Board, arbitration tribunals, and before all federal and state courts.
