Bukre guides clients through all phases of capital construction projects, from initial planning through final close-out. Her construction law practice includes developing contracts with project architects, construction managers, and prime contractors.

She supports school districts through RFP and bidding processes, drafting and reviewing bid package documents such as prime contractor contracts, instructions to bidders, and contractor qualification statements. She also reviews surety bonds and contract close-out submittals from prime contractors, and advises on procurement and purchasing compliance under applicable law and board policy.

Bukre assists school districts with annual and special meetings and elections, including reviewing legal notices and advising on related matters. She also counsels clients on immigration matters, including non-immigrant visas and work authorization.

She makes presentations to school districts and business officials on a wide range of topics, including contracts, capital construction, and employment-related topics.
