Elizabeth Genung serves as Counsel for Ferrara Fiorenza and represents firm clients in a broad range of complex issues, including:

Providing advice and counsel with respect to all phases of capital projects and related matters, including analyzing, reviewing, and drafting project contracts, as well as assisting clients in resolving contractor issues and disputes.

Beth’s work at the firm draws on her extensive knowledge and experience in litigating construction disputes, contract interpretation, negotiating, analyzing, and drafting
commercial contracts.

Beth also defends school districts in state and federal court across a variety of tort claims.
