
Elizabeth Genung serves as Counsel for Ferrara Fiorenza and represents clients with a broad range of complex school issues, by:
Providing advice and counsel with respect to all phases of capital projects and related matters, including analyzing, reviewing, and drafting project contracts, as well as assisting clients in resolving contractor issues and disputes.
Beth’s work at the firm draws on her extensive knowledge and experience in litigating construction disputes, contract interpretation, negotiating, analyzing, and drafting other commercial contracts as well.
She also defends school districts in state and federal court in a variety of tort claims.
Beth is admitted in New York and Pennsylvania, the Northern and Western Districts of New York, the Northern and Western Districts of New York Bankruptcy Court, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
She is a graduate of Syracuse University and the Syracuse University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude. She is admitted to the American Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.
