
James A. Gregory, a partner at Ferrara Fiorenza, has been practicing education law, labor law, municipal law, and public sector employment law for more than 20 years. He assists clients on a wide array of matters, including:
Advice and representation regarding constitutional law and other complex legal matters confronting school districts.
Representation and counsel on employment, termination, discipline, and counseling individual employees as well as collective bargaining matters, including negotiations, grievance, and arbitration, and improper practices. Assisting school districts with practical advice regarding business, public works, and procurement. Training and education on common issues facing school districts, including investigating and responding to student and employee disciplinary issues, harassment, bullying, confidentiality, and new board member training.
