Jesse A. Elmer works with Ferrara Fiorenza clients on a variety of education law and employment law matters. Jesse provides legal counsel regarding diverse student-related issues, such as discipline, access to education records, and residency.

He also provides counsel regarding employment law issues, including collective bargaining and contract issues. Jesse also works with clients to ensure legally compliant policies and procedures, including board of education policies, election procedures, and First Amendment compliance.

While at the Syracuse University College of Law, he served as Community Engagement Director of the Travis H.D. Lewin Advocacy Honor Society and organized Youth Law Day and Girls Rule the Law. Both programs enabled area high school students to visit the College of Law and gain exposure to career opportunities and the practice of law, with the aim to increase equity and inclusion in the profession.
