Katie Ann Daley works with school districts and BOCES clients across a range of matters, including student discipline, employment issues, and matters associated with board governance.

Katie’s work includes supporting districts through sensitive investigations which may involve harassment, DASA, and discrimination. Katie also assists firm clients with student discipline matters and reviewing third-party contracts.

Before joining Ferrara Fiorenza, Katie worked in the medical field and has experience as a preventive services caseworker, assisting families with children at risk of foster care placement.
