Nick Fiorenza is a founding partner of Ferrara Fiorenza, PC. He assists public and private employers of all types in a broad range of employment and labor relations matters, including the defense of unfair labor practice charges, union organization drives, collective bargaining, grievance administration, arbitrations, and related proceedings.

He advises on day-to-day workplace management issues and defends employment discrimination and workplace harassment claims based on protected categories, including race, gender, religion, age, disability, national origin, and sexual orientation.

He represents clients before state and federal agencies, including the Department of Labor, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Public Employment Relations Board, and the National Labor Relations Board.

He provides counsel on employment-related contracts and the employment and labor relations aspects of corporate acquisitions.

In addition to his active practice, Fiorenza has developed and presented comprehensive managerial workshops on topics including effective legal compliance, building a successful leadership team, and performance management and workplace discipline.

He is a frequent speaker on employment and labor relations matters.
