Ryan L. McCarthy assists clients in a broad range of legal matters. Representation of school districts in real estate transactions.

Representation counsel and defense in relation to tax certiorari proceedings throughout New York State, and in related real property tax matters. His experience in such matters ranges from applications for real property tax exemptions, enforcing PILOT agreements, and defense of property assessments.

Ryan provides advice and counsel to school districts and BOCES with respect to capital construction projects, resolving contractor disputes, and defending clients in construction-related litigation.
