Job Description:
Provide legal counsel with respect to all aspects of labor employment matters, including counseling and training clients on applicable laws and regulations. Will also counsel and defend clients in various administrative proceedings and in State or Federal Court when necessary.
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate would possess a background in labor and employment matters, strong writing and research skills, ability to effectively communicate with and advocate for clients, and be a member of the New York State Bar.
Benefits:
Competitive salary, 401(k) plan with Firm contributions, annual profit sharing, life insurance, health insurance, and other benefits.
Salary Range:
The anticipated salary range for our advertised Associate Attorney positions, depending on education background, skills and experience is $75,000 to $90,000 (plus bonus opportunities ranging from $5,000 - $20,000 annually).
