Description

Election inspectors are responsible for efficiently and effectively managing the school district annual meeting and general election, including the counting of votes after polls close.

This virtual training is designed specifically for the individuals appointed to work at the school district election, although District Clerks and other administrators may wish to attend.

Topics include:

• Efficient operations on the day of the vote

• Electioneering

• Canvassing and counting ballots, including early mail ballots

• Election documentation

Different rules apply to certain election procedures depending on the type of school district involved, and the number of polling sites used.

$225 per school district

Training will be provided virtually, and school districts are encouraged to have as many Election Inspectors present as possible.
