FERRARA FIORENZA NAMES DAVID E. TINKER, CHARLES SPAGNOLI, AND CAMERON B. DANIELS AS PARTNERS

Education, labor relations, and employment law firm Ferrara Fiorenza PC is pleased to announce David E. Tinker, Charles “Chris” Spagnoli, and Cameron B. Daniels as its newest partners in the firm, effective January 1, 2024.

David E. Tinker serves the Firm’s clients primarily with respect to public school district business and contract matters, including offering clients comprehensive advice and counsel related to capital construction projects. David brings years of prior legal and business experience, having held executive leadership positions in not-for-profit healthcare organizations, academic medical centers at S.U.N.Y. Upstate Medical University, and with the Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut. David received his B.A. and J.D. from Georgetown University.

Charles “Chris” Spagnoli assists the Firm’s clients in a broad range of education and employment law matters. An experienced litigator, he has tried both jury and non-jury cases to completion in various state and federal courts. He has argued and written numerous appeals in both the state and federal courts and practiced before agencies such as the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the New York State Public Employment Relations Board, and the National Labor Relations Board. Chris graduated magna cum laude from Yale University, and earned his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School.

Cameron B. Daniels represents clients across a broad spectrum of matters including representation and counsel of school districts in matters involving labor and employment issues, student and employee discipline; advising school districts on matters involving special education and students with disabilities; representation and counsel of school districts on tax certioraris, tax disputes, and property assessment issues; training on a variety of areas for school personnel. Cameron received his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

Ferrara Fiorenza PC provides advice, counsel, and effective representation to public and private sector employers in the areas of education, labor relations, and employment law. The Firm’s additional legal services include civil litigation defense, effective policy development, HR administration assistance, and managerial and in-service training programs.
